HEKS Visio provides support for the long-term unemployed from the Burgdorf region. Participants are assisted in job hunting, in preparing for job interviews or in the negotiation of contracts. The programme affords job seekers the opportunity to reflect on their situation, to recognize their own strengths and to develop new perspectives. The aim is to incorporate them into the primary labour market.
