Discrimination based on origin, skin colour, religion, lifestyle or language exists in all spheres of life in our society. People of other nationalities are discriminated against when house hunting or are rejected by peers or superiors at the workplace. Foreign children and young people are subject to bullying at school or are overlooked in the search for apprenticeships. Victims also complain of discrimination in the public administration. People are sometimes also falsely accused of being «racist».
Do you know such or similar situations? Are you also affected by racial discrimination? We would be happy to listen to you, take up your concerns and discuss with you the legal framework and possible further action in your case.
The Advice Centre is a member of the Swiss counselling network for victims of racism (Beratungsnetz für Rassismusopfer).
