Since 2016, we have been supporting groups and individuals in dealing with the psychological and cultural aspects of the climate crisis. We use our experience to support your company or organisation on the path to a climate-friendly organisational culture.
Understanding the challenges
The climate crisis affects all areas of our society - from lifestyle to our economic system. In these workshops, the employees of your company / organization explore the complexities of the climate crisis, the CO2 emissions related to lifestyles and economic activities, address questions of climate justice and gain insight into the psychological and cultural aspects underlying climate disruption.
Strengthening the inner compass
We live in a time of great uncertainty. This presents institutions and companies with new challenges and requires a new awareness and new forms of cooperation. Our workshops create a safe space that enables teams to confront their own worldviews and behavioural patterns in relation to global warming and to recognize these as important signposts in the search for personal and collective solutions.

Instead, drawing on our expertise in facilitation and process design, we can assist in cultivating an organizational culture that values and encourages climate protection measures among employees.
