With passion, experience and versatile expertise in climate topics, process design, facilitation and communications we are committed to help shaping thesocio-ecological transition in Switzerland.
It is my passion to design safe and creative spaces for dialogue, co-creation and learning. My goal is to enable meaningful and positive change - in awareness and lifestyle towards more authentic and sustainable relationships between each other and our environment. As a professional coach, facilitator and trainer with an MA in intercultural communication, I have worked with topics such as social innovation, systems change, gender equality and collaboration between science and politics. Currently my focus lies in supporting people and organisations in navigating the inner and outer levels of change needed for facing the climate crisis.
Currently working with youth and organizations, I recognize the need for multi-stakeholder exchanges every day and devote myself wholeheartedly to creating the conditions that enable these encounters. As a facilitator and project developer, I leverage my background in environmental sciences and geography, along with my experience as a sustainability coach and communication expert. These skills are my greatest assets in helping individuals maximize their unique positive impact, particularly concerning the climate crisis.
My passion is to support individuals and organizations in discovering their unique roles in creating a more sustainable future. With degrees in political science, communication, and economics, along with extensive experience in communication, yoga teaching, and neuro-embodied coaching, my strengths lie in integrating inner and outer processes, knowledge, self-reflection, and action. Since 2019, I have been establishing the Carbon Conversations (KlimaGespräche) in German-speaking Switzerland, which includes training and networking for around 100 facilitators.
Since I started working at the Inner Transition Laboratory (Laboratoire de transition intérieure) in 2016, I have been committed to creating spaces where each person can discover their own unique role in the ecological transition. Through my studies in sociology, psychology, and sustainability, as well as other trainings, I am convinced that societal change is only possible in conjunction with personal transformation. I believe that creating synergies and implementing interdisciplinary approaches are more necessary than ever to address today’s challenges.
